Fat loss update time!!!

05 May- 05 June loss: 13.4 (6.078kg)
05 June - 05 July loss: 10.4 lbs. (4.535kg)
05 July - 05 August loss: 11'4lbs (5.17kg)

Total loss so far: 35lbs (15.87kg)

If this current trend keeps up I should, in theory over the next three months, be under 300lbs before Christmas (which TBH I am taking a hit there anyway because it's fucking Chrimo, you gotta gorge at Chrimbo!!!) and hopefully by this time next year I'll be down to my initial goal weight of around 250lbs. But if I get to my far goal of 200lbs then I'd be ecstatic!

@Sci: Well, wonders never cease. Managed to do a set of 5. Not quite the same as yours, because I'm literally too tall to do a full extension with the bar 4/5's the way up my doorframe, so I touched ground between (kneeling) reps. But I hit 5, for the first time ever. Suppose external motivation helped, heh. So thanks for that.

Gosh. Two days of socializing in a row is exhausting for lil' ole hermit me. Was really nice tho. Yesterday was my brother, coming up here to pick up a new car. Today was my first friend, I reconnected a few months ago. Ended up going to Buffalo Wild WIngs. I'm fairly sure I've been to one before, in SC, but this was quite different. Food was alright, but the sauces were very intense, without much flavor behind them, if that makes sense. Very sweet. Ended up going for ice cream after, talking for several hours. Was nice, felt like a human being again.

5 year-old SUV? I think it depends. If it's a Toyota or Honda then it's probably still pretty new, so Maybe 1/2 to 2/3 the original sticker. It's only 5 years old. Chrystler or GM, probably a 1/3 original , maybe less. Probably same for Jeeps and Ford.

I don't know dick about cars, but it was 2017, about 88k miles on it. Decent condition, far as I could tell, but my brother was complaining it "only" had basic onboard computer stuff. Though I've heard the aftermarket is real wonky right now too.

My brother tested positive for covid after feeling sick with fever and muscle pain. So he's quarantining and I'm keeping myself distant. Our place is only 700 square feet, so I'm basically staying in my room. I tested negative on the rapid and I did a more extensive test afterwards. Will get the result in a day or two. Hopefully I get it sooner than later. I was invited on a tour of the Fox Newman scoring stage in Los Angeles on Thursday and I would very much like to not have to cancel it. Though the guy running it is pretty cool so I think he'd be understanding. Brother is feeling alright, just coughing a bit here and there.

Seems to be another wave going around, anecdotally. Few people I know who managed to avoid it thus far, and were vaccinated, just caught it. Very mild, thankfully. Fingers crossed you managed to dodge the bullet. And if nothing else, would the N-95s, which I assume you have, be reasonably sure to catch droplets if you coughed while sick?
