Wish I'd spent my 20s building a foundation, or at least not letting my childhood one fade away. Better to start at 30 than 40, and 40 than 50, and 50 than 60.
It's a bit of gymbro common knowledge that the only way to get big, meaty calves is to either have the genes for it, or, to be fat and lose the weight. Those guys have amazing calves, the best. Meanwhile I got these long legs, so I'd have to pack on 300 pounds of muscle for mine to look like anything but an anorexic flamingo's.
