Went out for a quick jog at the park to enjoy the nice weather. Nature gave me show.

I saw a trio of squirrels viciously attacking each other in a full blown melee. I don't know if they were fighting over nuts or mates or just rabid, but it was gnarly.

I saw a dead deer being eaten by some of the biggest vultures I've ever seen.

I saw a family of rabbits. Very cute.

I saw a massively fat groundhog.

And upon getting back to my car, there was a ton of bird shit all over it. Dammit.

Further still the composer that worked on the music for Metroid Prime is back to work with Retro.

I'm reasonably excited. This has already been a much better year for games for me than last year, and between the stuff i do know about, and i dont, this will be an incredible year.

If they want to do a Remaster of the Prime Trilogy and then continue that timeline instead of the one that... ugh... other thing killed, I'd be all for it. And either way, Nintendo will better have something awesome at E3 this year... the Switch has been an huge success, but now they need to keep people happy and excited with the games for it. It can't just be a Mario and Zelda machine if it wanna last.

Yeah, I've been hearing rumors and whispers for awhile, but I'm not getting any hopes up until I see definitive evidence and confirmation. I've been burned and betrayed too many times.

The Federation Force fiasco does make one seriously wonder if Nintendo has finally, FINALLY, realized the sheer scale of the shit-hole they've dug themselves into regarding Metroid, I will say. Better late than never. They still have a lot to make up for in any case. I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN THE ABOMINATION KNOWN AS OTHER M, NINTENDO. I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN.

If we are indeed going to get a new Metroid in the same vein as the Prime trilogy, then I wouldn't be surprised if they re-lease the Prime trilogy for the Switch, like you said. It'd be the best marketing move.

Wasn't there a tech help thread, or was that left behind in the old forum?

Anyway, I am having an issue with my computer here. I have never had a problem with Windows 10 until yesterday, when for some reason a lot of the default Windows apps suddenly vanished. You know how when you hit the Start menu, you have a menagerie of apps, such as the Windows Store, Edge, Weather, etc.

It's supposed to look like that, but mine does not. And again, I even tried searching for some of these apps in the start menu, but they're gone completely for some reason.

My suspicion is an automatic update is responsible for this.
