They did confirm Buu Saga is in the works during the stream, but also that the rumor of them ending DBZA was somewhat not a fake... they did consider ending with the Cell Saga at one point. By the sound of it,they're either gonna make shorter episodes or condensate the release of episodes in chunks like they did with the Cell finale, and work on the rest of their stuff in-between. Among the other things, they shown trailer of a The Office kind of show with them, and a web-cartoon, that both looked hilarious.

You get stealth rather early in MGS4 after the Gekko cutsecene where they chase Snake and the Rader isn't that useful in MGS4 anyway it's much better to use your own eyes and camera to find the enemies.

I found myself to be very cautious in MGS4 (AKA crawling on the ground everywhere), so I rarely bumped into anyone. Whenever I did, I just CQC'd them into oblivion. Using the different scopes on the eye patch were more useful than the radar to me, because then I wouldn't fall into the trap of following the map instead of my eyes as I do so often in games that give the player a lot of freedom.

Does anyone recommend a PC cloning/backup software? I need to back up my system files in a way that I can boot my computer to the back up if my primary hard drive fails. The guy at Office Depot recommended Veeam.

I found out that it runs with a support program I have that runs updates for a notation software I use. So I went to start up something or other and asked the system to not run it on start up. Seems to have done it so far.

The description for cloning states you can have it back up in minutes? Or the description of backup? Basically, the idea of cloning is that you create a mirror of your boot drive onto another hard drive. That way if your boot drive kaputs, you can just revert to the secondary cloned drive and the machine will boot like normal. "Backup" is a more generic word. It is used informally for basically any process of backing up files, but usually it just means you copy all your files and place them on some other storage device for safekeeping.

So for instance, you could backup your files by copying your entire hard drive and just dumping the files in some folder on an external hard drive. Then you could plug that hard drive up to another computer and navigate to that folder that contained your files. However, if you cloned your hard drive onto an external hard drive, you would be creating an exact duplicate of your hard drive and you could plug it up to another computer and that computer would boot exactly as yours did to your desktop with all your files precisely where you put them.

Does that make sense?

It will create a duplicate that will allow you to recover your whole system, yes, but you do actually have to run recovery off your backup drive. However, if you are looking for something with 0 downtime, look at RAID 1 or mirrored drives, which saves the same data on 2 hard drives at once. You can actually set that up with just Windows. The issue with that is that changes are real-time so you still need some kind of separate system backup. So for instance, with mirrored discs if you install some software that corrupts your files all to fuck and back it will do this on both mirrored discs at the same time. RAID1 basically lets you keep working in the event of hardware failure, but doesn't protect from real-time software fuckups.

Got the book, read it, already borrowed it to a friend. IMO, a return to form after the last trilogy was kinda not that interesting. As this is probably the first book in the next trilogy, I think I like where this is going. It's not up to the really best books of the Cain series, which are IMO Death or Glory and Cain's Last Stand, but hopefully the next books can get there.

No, mirroring is just nice to have. Also windows will let you do this by itself so there's no point in paying extra for it. Basically I'm saying that you can clone, yes, with Veeam, but there will be some down time if you need to run system recovery. I was unsure if you needed like instantaneous access to your files in the event of system failure for some reason. I sort of thought that might be the case.

It just seems like a very backwards concept to me. You get all the disadvantages of online FPSes, but stretched out in a game mode where you meet some other player only every 4 or 5 minutes, until the very end where everyone still standing gets packed in a small area. Unless you play in a server filled to the brim, and then you'll almost certainly gonna get killed much sooner than you'd expect.

I guess what hooks people up is the adrenaline rush they get that one time out of 10 or 20 where they get to the end, and aren't randomly killed in some bullshit matter and have start all over.

The Beauty and Beast squad is by far the worst set of Metal Gear Bosses.

Whelp, finally did a +9 dungeon. Ran with a good group for a +7, Underrot, made the timer by 35 seconds. Get +9 Temple of Seth, which is one of the harder ones, but I can normally take it out easy.

Hour and a half of wipes. Mechanics are fucking vicious. First boss does a thing that instantly kills anyone not a tank, at max health, or using a defensive cooldown. Second boss, if you don't kill him fast enough, soft enrage, you're all dead. Third boss, you have to be _perfect_. His gimmick is he hits really hard, and randomly these stone pillars spawn around him that shoot lightning into his ass, and if he gets 100% energy, he wipes the group. But you have maybe 2 seconds of him being hit with it before he's max charge, so you have to basically be perfect in people soaking the beams. Then the last boss, one attempt, because it's designed poorly.

Fun, fun.

I would like to prevent wasting hours or even half a day getting files in case of a system failure. Would like to figure out somethings wrong, then switch to the back up, finish my work, then fix or replace old drive all while not wasting precious work time. I would like to think something like inside of 5 to 10 minutes but I don't know if that's unreasonable. I just don't want to be the subject of a horror story composers share with one another.

Oh, yeah, the snake boss. I still have no idea what to do there. I'm skipping anything related to mythic+ or non-LFR raiding this expansion, since I have shit to do in RL. I did the whole HC raiding this the entire last expansion, which is my personal best for WoW after 14 years, anyway. ^^

As fucking nuts as 2 gets, 4 is right up there with it. Grant it, Kojima deserves a hell of a lot of credit for actually managing to wrap up every loose end to that story.

Some of the decisions he made though... I mean I genuinely have to wonder if in 1998, he ever imagined that the guard who got the shit beaten out of him by Meryl, and then eventually shit himself in 2 games would go on to marry Meryl.

4 is such a weird game. Its almost more of a movie then it is a game. I think if you added up the combined gameplay of that game you'd get maybe 6 hours, and the remaining 14 hours is cinematics.

It also has very strange controls. I cant believe I'm saying this, but I think 4 may actually control the worst. The fact that you have to 'ready' the guns before firing them makes it really hard to do anything other then sniping. That said it has the crouch walk, which is marvelous.
