Or you could avoid the confrontation in the first place.

I tell myself constantly that one day, one day I'll do cardio.
I haven't done cardio in years.

So I have that for me at least.

Working out twice a day is pretty much the only way I can keep in shape.

Just gotta find some music to occupy your mind.
And swimming is the best way to calm the mind. Everything just goes away, and all you hear is your own heartbeat.
Mobius_118 wrote:You'd still be doing more than the other people sitting in their couches watching TV and bitching about everything.

DarkStorm wrote:Well I pushed myself to hard after doing some running with sprints. Felt nauseous, then went to leave and got light headed and started only seeing white and yellow for colors. Sat down my forearms and shins started feeling tingly and then wrists and hands locked up stiff as well as my lower jaw, slowly starting to pass out. Friend helped me to get into the shade then I passed out a couple of times. Eventually he dumped water on my head which got me back to it and he waited a bit then he took me home. Slowly started getting my motor skills back and then ate a peach went into the pool and had an electrolyte drink.
So I'm taking it easy now. lol

Started T-Rexing, huh?
Yeah, drinking at least a gallon of water a day, spread out, is good for you.
Mixing in some gatorade to keep your electrolytes up, as well as eating good food in smaller portions will keep you going.
And...don't go all out the first few weeks. It's a build up, not a suicide run.

For scientific purposes, I'd like to know which of you are speaking incorrectly. Here's my result.
You can take the test here!

This quiz pinned me down to within miles of where I'm from. So it's somewhat accurate, if you speak with God's chosen accent.
Sneakers, soda, you guys.

EDIT: The result finally came through;
So Hawaii, northern New Hampshire, northern Vermont, Maine and Long Island are where EnglishEnglish/ProperEnglish is most common.

On that note, Trump put out some nonsensical message on Twitter this morning, about how soon people will call him "MR. BREXIT."
This is now international news, as I've multiple articles from news sites across the world reporting on it.
