The Gamble thing is what it is. But that doesnt confirm who can romance her.

Who was the leak from? Hows is it so "reliable"?

It came from BSN from a user who has a friend who's friend works at Bioware. Leak got credibility because days after it was correct on who is writing a character Suvi. Nobody knew that writer even worked for Bioware at the time either, so there's that.

But yeah, you can't trust leaks fully really. From what there is, Vetra is promising to be a romance options

First encounter with Cerberus in the series: Rogue commandos, placed a beacon in a Thresher Maw nest to attract Alliance ships, and had rachni, Thorian creepers, and executed Admiral Kohaku.

So they were somewhat more competent in ME1.

Have they explained yet how the ark ships were designed to be able to travel for 600 years without cooking everyone inside?

I recall that FTL travel required that the ships stop in a planet's magnetic field to discharge. I'm guessing that detail has been handwaved away?

Apparently, they developed some technology that allows the arks to make use of that energy buildup instead of having to discharge it.

That sounds like a very useful technology to have in the Milky Way.
I hope they left an example behind. :P

I mean, it's probably possible to practically use the energy that's building up in the core, but then they'll have to use up even more energy to balance it out unless they want to be cooked. I can't really see how that's supposed to be done when the ark is just doing FTL jumps and everyone is in cryopods.

They did address that issue somewhat; its either on the website or in one of the Nexus/Ark videos; I can't recall at the moment.

The Arks have a unique FTL drive that somehow captures and recycles the static energy that would otherwise build up and destroy a normal ship unless discharged, bypassing the normal range limitation.

Since it was noted in ME3 the Reapers were immune to such buildup, perhaps we're meant to take it that the Andromeda Initiative secretly reverse-engineered it from Sovereign's remains and choose not to share it with anyone. Unlike the Thannix Cannon, which everyone in Citadel space ended up acquiring.

Presumably ME:A's codex will give a proper and more detailed explanation.

I remember using the Paragon exploit on Noveria when talking to Lorik that made it possible to fill out the bar by recycling the same dialogue over and over. Sure, it's cheap, but so is the whole Paragon/Renegade thing.

Thats also one of the hardest checks in the entire game, and those checks scale depending on your level.

That one is actually easier early game.

Huh. I could have sworn I used to pass it easily in the past, but I'm pretty sure I didn't clean sweep the available uncharted planets before doing Feros then. Whoops!

Well, modern trailer design aside, it looks pretty cool. Not much new, beyond putting the D in the P-B, but hey. At the end, it notes that it was in 4k resolution, so it's quite pretty.

6 days until the EA Access people get it. I'll start the Spoiler Thread then, unless someone beats me to it.

Passable trailer, but doesn't have the same effect as ME2 and ME3 trailers did for me.

Shit, they could might as well have gone with Don't Stop Believing by Journey and I would have found it more fitting.

Also, I don't know if it was confirmed before, but apparently all the habitats are nonviable. If it turns out to be the kett, I'd say that they're almost surpassing the batarians in being the epitome of the word "douchebag".

I'm not wild about the ACTION and EXPLOSIONS focus trailers do, since I don't give much of a fuck about action for the sake of action. I wanna see a trailer of Ryder and Vetra drinking tea and talking about tariffs between the turian and krogan golden worlds. The good stuff.

I didn't like the music in this trailer, terrible choice of a song, but overall not bad.

a few things I noticed

Peebee have been confirmed romanced for male Ryder (and most likely both) which we all knew, but now it's confirmed.

Giant Kett kind of creature probably explains those bones Drak carries on his armor, but that looked like a modified krogan.
