I love it.

It made sense, and it was foreshadowed quite a bit. The episode where the Daughters were stalking Jack, they watch those two deer nuzzle each other, and the following episode the cotton ball mockingly asks Jack if he was expecting a kiss for rescuing Ashi. Jack opened her up to the world, and she in turn is the one to pull him from his absolute lowest.

The actual execution of that big damn kiss was also perfect. The Dean Martin song playing over it in tandem with how passionate they look was a nice blend of amusing and sweet.

It only means something is going to happen, now that Jack actually has a personal stake in his mission again.

I figured, but I didn’t want to assume.

I was cool with their relationship going either way, but I’m certainly glad Jack has found someone. He’s been alone and suffered for so long he deserves something nice to hold onto. Ashi, too. She’s had a shit life ever since she was born and raised as a weapon. If these two who have been plagued by Aku’s evil, deception and oppression their whole lives can find solace and comfort in each other than more power to them. Both Jack and Ashi are adults, respect & trust each other, they’re close in age since Jack is immune to time, and both have helped each other heal their emotional and psychological wounds. The buildup has been happening for several episodes.

A lot of the anger I'm seeing over Jack and Ashi seems like it really is coming from a very negative place of irrationality, entitlement, and deliberate misinterpretation of the facts. Like, if you don't like it, that's cool, that your opinion, but don't distort reality so you can promote a false narrative.

I fear what Aku will do when he finds out. You know something horrible is going to happen. If Aku is going down for the count, it won’t be without one last parting gift. Forcing Jack into an impossible choice, or jeopardizing his chance to go back to the past.

Looks like Hydra has gained control of Wanda's powers to rewrite reality so Jane-Thor is seemingly wiped out of existance and Hydra!Cap is now worthy of the hammer.

It’d be safer to bring back (Mr.) Perfect Cell. He'd would be easier to manage. Just because the various gods and angels will be there to enforce the rules, and the dragon balls could undo anything he did, and Freeza’s golden form burns out quickly, doesn’t mean there isn't a danger there; he could do some serious harm before you guys could stop him. I could totally see Freeza sabotaging Universe 7's chance in the tournament to ensure Goku dies permanently, just out of spite and hatred. At this point I think Freeza would rather be wiped out by Zen-O than go back to Hell. Especially if those "saiyan monkeys" are wiped out with him.

There is at least the fact that Freeza respects Beerus, so I could see him accepting to join the fight if in the end is the purple cat-god instead of Goku that tells him to. Kinda hard to pull that card on Cell.

Plus of the unredeemd DBZ villains Freeza is by far the most popular and most markeatable, as well as being Toryama's favorite too, since he originally planned him to be the final boss, and end the whole series on Namek.

Personally I think it will be a 1 episode gimmick. They bring him back, he goes rouge immediately and Gohan takes him out just in time for Buu to wake up.

Entirey possible. It happened in one of the DBZ movies too. Afterlife went crazy Frieza sneaked out of hell, and Gohan went One Punch Man on him.
