As I understand it, the degree to which the lower to middle class have been fleeced of money over the last few decades made malls unable to compete with online, unless the location was prime. Like the mall near me.

Fun fact: High end malls sometimes rally the communities to make sure public transit doesn't stop near them so they don't have to deal with the unwashed masses.

Still, I enjoyed going to malls as a kid, lots of fond memories. Like going to the arcade and watching some older nerd play Ermac on the MK3 cabinet like what seemed at an insane level. Or when I fell backwards in my chair at the food court and cracked my skull. Or nearly fell down an escalator.

I bought Battlefield V, and I hate it. I can not abide how much of a mess it is at launch, and I've heard people defend it by saying that the problems plaguing it will go away very soon once they release this big patch. Something similar happened to BF4, supposedly, I never played it. I keep playing this one, though, and I am at the point where I play it to try and justify the money I dropped on it and hope that at some point I will have fun.

I personally find the whole idea of defending an unfinished product to be rather idiotic and it sends a terrible message to game companies.

Ok first of all nerdy girl beat out everything. Seriously, I dont even know what fucking group I'm in anymore.

Then you get into you tsundere, Tomboys, and tomgirls. Provided that they are not already Nerdy, in which case they fall into the "first choice".

Then you have your athletic or muscular girls. Provided they are enthusiastic without being pushy. Academic girls also fall into this general range and rules. (Note: Nerdiness pushes this range into first or second choice territory.)

Classical beauty and prudes are dead last. Who has the time or patience for that crap?

And this isn't even taking into account your Monster girls (who can supersede everything in some cases), shy girls, and yandere.

Depends on the nerdy girl, I've dated some in the past and had a few go full yandere. It's not as fun as anime makes it out to be.

And the point of breaking a prude is the sense of accomplishment that comes with it. The journey is often more fun than the destination.

There's an art to play Rein, when to drop shield to swing, when to charge, and despite my decent game sense with literally every other hero, I cannot play him well for the life of me. I'm not sure if it's because I get stuck with shit DPS (I do) and healers that have to rescue them, or if my style is too defensive, but it's frustrating to see my shield melt in seconds, get blasted instantly if I drop it or charge, and other Reins never have it happen to them. At least I can play Orissa, Hog, and Winston fairly well.

Tombois and nerdy are probably my faves, then traditional and/or fit girls, then prudes and tsuns, then real and fake lolis, then, dead last, traps. Insert your own "the dick only makes it better!" jokes if you want, not gonna change my mind lol

Yandere are the wild cards, some are fun and even somewhat sympathetic, others creep the shit out of me.

Anything that's not a Tsundere or a Prude are on the same level for me as it depends on the character involved.
Tsundere's are too much fucking effort to bother with...

The manga was Umi no Misaki, a classic, in case any of you want to look it up. Finished it this afternoon. Was pretty good!

If everything is to-scale/in proportion, only smaller, then IMO it's just "size difference" and not Loli.
Loli, to me is specifically made to appear child-like in a sexualized setting.
So, yeah, just sounds like size difference to me.

Woohoo, I am now a part of the mechanical keyboard master race.
My K95 has finally come and I've set it up with my current lighting preference.
It feels sooooo much better tot type on than my old shitty keyboard. I just have to get used to the size difference now. Even without touch typing I have noticed my typing speed go up slightly, errors non-withstanding.

My local mall growing up had a store called Suncoast that was 50% horror/sci-fi movies and 50% anime. A lot of my exposure to those things came from just browsing that store. And it was the best place to go if you wanted Godzilla, Gundam, or DBZ merchandise.

My mall didn't have an arcade, but all the local roller skating rinks and bowling alleys did. And the local Chuck E Cheese. And then a proper arcade establishment opened up nearby around 1996 or 1997, I think. I remember when they got the Lost World and House of the Dead arcade games.
