What kind of equipment do you have?

Another option is your phone. You can download the 'soundcloud' app and you can record the lines into that. Then if you want, you can send me the files, I'll edit the best ones for you and send you back the new wav file. If you like that option DM me.

Hell I would have giving it a go, but I don't live in the countries allowed to do it and I only have a head set with a mic attached.

well it's only a matter of time now before BW and other companies under EA is going to get shut down or get their named change to EA something.

Looking at that app though, I'm unable to actually grab the audio. But if you have an app that creates a wav or audio file you can send that to me.

So how does ME:A looking at this point. I've been out of the loop with the game. Kind of been trying to limit knowing too much before release. I want a fresh kind of look at it.

Depending on who you talk to, it's either the worst thing ever and more evidence of how dead Bioware is, or literally the best thing ever i can't even.

So, it's a typical Bioware game, then.

On a more serious note: It might be best to wait until N7 day this year. They've said they plan on having a large info dump on or around then to officially kick off the marketing campaign for the game. The last big thing at the PS4^Pro event was not intended to be anything more than a tech demo.

The TL;DR so far is that, it's looking like inquisition in space. They've explicitly acknowledged the problems with the sidequesting in DA:I and said they are taking that into account when building it. Many worlds, large spaces, exploration. Bangable aliens. biower plz

Oh I forgot about N7 day. As for Inquisition in space? As long as it is not a absolute bore then I'm somewhat ok with that, so long as the story is there and not so far from what made the series in the first place.

I tried so hard to get into Inquisition and finish it. I put many hours in but the story was stretched to far between and the sidequests and fetchquests, completely disjointed the whole experience. I couldn't finish it.

Same here. I really hope BioWare has learned from that and didn't just go on an ego trip, believing that the formula is flawless. I do want to enjoy another Mass Effect game, after all. I doubt it'll be the same enjoyment I got out of the trilogy (hey, nine years and one pretentious betrayal can change anyone), where I'd happily replay the games (minus ME3) even if the changes were minimal, but I want at least some enjoyment out of it. If it is like Inquisition, that enjoyment will be very short-lived.

well ME:A looks like it's at least going to look prettier (from the demo that was shown) then DA:I and even though I did like DA:I (I thought it was okay) it was basically a singleplayer MMO (in gameplay) and that's not good for most people and I really don't want to play like that again.

the side quests in DA:I however sucked most of the time, BW should take a page from Witcher 3 in how to make side quest more interesting.

Th honest answer is that we have learned nothing. We have a vague idea of who some of the companions are, where the game takes place, and that you can be a male or female, but both are related.

and the N7 guy is their father.

So Family issues are pretty much confirmed for ME:A, but there have been family issues in every ME game so that's not a surprise.

I just want a good story driven game with good characters and solid gameplay. I haven't even seen the demos or videos you all are referring to. I bet top dollar that the trilogy will release again before on current gen consoles before ME:A drops. No way it will be rebuilt but we know EA and getting the ME hype back up and going will bring in more cash. Would you folks rebuy the trilogy again if it came with all content?

Maybe. I still have all three games and all the DLCs. I'd probably buy it at one point if it meant easier access.

It would need to have ALL the dlc included, on disk, for free.

I was really hoping that the mass effect games would become on the backwards compatible list so I won't have to buy the games again. As I already have all the content for the games. If they did do a trilogy remake, I would most likely pick it up eventually. Not on the day of release but maybe when the price cuts in half.

Not unless they changed the ME3 ending.

Mass Effect Andromeda is going to get a pretty hefty delay.

The SAG-AFTRA Union, which handles Voice acting, Motion Capture, and other game industry stuff that requires actors, is going on strike.

Dont be surprised if "N7 day" gets canceled.

I doubt the event will get cancelled with only 3 weeks left, but I wouldn't be surprised if the game was delayed, since voice actors are often left to the end run of a game development.

Also, this game has serious abandonment issues.

Its a Union Strike.

Dont expect the game out till fall of next year, at the earliest.

edit:
"The strike order specifically mentions publisher/developers such as Electronic Arts, Take 2, Activision, and WB Games, among others, but SAG-AFTRA members working on games in production as of February 17 are exempt from the order."

Well that changes things a bit.

Also one would thing that at this point they've got recorded a good amount of voice-work anyway.

And I kinda see more likely that EA will release stuff without voices rather than delaying an whole bunch of games.

I'm sure most of the voice work must already be done, maybe even months ago since you have to animate to the voice recordings. I know with Futurama the episode was written, the voices were recorded, then they made the episode and it's finished a month later, or so. Vocals are probably an early to mid part of production.

Considering how much hidden scrapped dialogues there was in the previous ME games, voice recording likely happens sooner than most people think. At least some of it.

I sense lot's of delays and the gaming industry suffer a lot because of it.

But maybe the gaming industry needs it.

I agree with that video.

He didn't mention the story also took a wrong turn in ME2 and basically is a side plot and have quiet a few holes in it.
