Some thoughts regarding Persona 5:

I forgot how utterly unlikable Ryuji becomes in this game. I dont hate the character, but there is a brief chunk of time where I want to throw him in front of a moving subway.

Also new girl, Yoshizawa, is pretty delightful.

Edit: I also forget that Haru is probably secretly the best party member.

The two things that get me (aside from what you said) are the way he treats Morgana before their spat plot point, and how absolutely obnoxious he is during the Hawaii trip.

He is absolutely the guy who ruins that trip for everyone he is around.

It feels like I'm not fitting in anywhere and I don't know what to do about it besides just giving up on everything. I'm constantly stuck where I am with no idea of how to make things better or where to go. Yeah, see, that's a very common thought. So in that sense, you're hardly alone, albeit, every way _out_ of that swamp is different.

Well, that's a good sign at least. The way I like to think of it is that there's still a happy, passionate person beneath the mind-poison. Sometimes that person even gets to come out and see the sun. I'd highly recommend phenibut for that, though it's only a brief respite.

You just showed me what the core of art is. You have a need to share how you feel, so express it with something. Pick up a piece of paper and write something, or record your words, or draw an image, etc. Expressing yourself is a means of coping with your reality. And expressing something gives it meaning because it's something that someone out there will relate to. Plus it gets you out of bed, as it does for me.

Got the "point of no return" message in Doom: Eternal, so time to go back and clean up the levels for collectibles and such.

Got the reward for doing all the Slayer gates, and I do not see the purpose of it. It shares ammo with the BFG, which about 1 shots nearly every demon on the screen, so...? Why would 30 shots of this thing be worth more?

Quarantine life is starting to bug me. This is when work starts up, so I'm losing a ton of money on rent and supplies, the Trumpbucks are at least a week off, and it's a pain in the ass to _get_ supplies.

Need to switch it up a bit, paint some minis or read more, maybe do some writing/drawing. Routine is poison. Unless it's lifting, which I'm doing way more, and it does wonders for the mood.

It's really easy, I made my own black wash to do a dip when I made that huge Chtulhu model last year. All you need is a tin of paint of whatever color you want (so for Agrax Earthshade it'd be a dark brown) water and a smidge of soap or of alcohol to act as a flow-aid and break the water's surface tension.

Also, you might want to look into the Vallejo or the Army Painter supplies, their washes and metallics are as good or better than the GW stuff, and pretty much every website that sell minis stuff has them.

Never used the medium, but that is likely to get you an overall better result, yes. Still, if you need to make a lot of wash for a big project, and don't want to spend a lot in thinners, there's cheaper and easy alternatives.

As for other minis what do you like the most? Maybe I can give you a suggestion or two.

I don't mind too complex stuff, but I do err to the sci-fi side of things.
I'd like to try some more organic/creature stuff, basically something not clad head to toe in power armour like space marines.

There has been a very small benefit for me in this in that my flat is just across the street from a Lutherian church (with single glazing), and since I was home with family for Christmas, this would probably have been the first time where bells might have become a real annoyance - I moved in August. But religious offices have been suspended (IRL at least) so not a single bell has been heard.

However, Ramadan is supposed to start in 10 days, and I live in a city in which there are more Muslims than Christians, so I wonder how this will go - the president is very likely going to add an entire month to the lockdown tonight on TV.
