A QA tester leaked it. Those are the only people who would get access to game disks containing a mostly completed game. Ive been in QA before, I know how easy it would be to do.

I also know how easy it would be to get caught afterward.

Remembered I never finished Kingdom Come. Started up a Hardcore run, having a fun enough time of it because I know where things are, and have learned to navigate the map without any help because of previous playtime.

Then got ambushed with no warning, after the awful run from Talmberg to Rattay (No straight path, have to constantly cut through woods and find branching paths, and at the last stretch, just follow a rocky stream through woods), instantly removed from my horse, then swarmed and murdered in seconds.

My last save was back in Talmberg. Now I remember why I didn't finish it.

If I right (I am) and it was a QA Tester, they'll basically sue the shit out of them for breaking NDA. Those disks are all labeled and assigned to individual work stations. Whatever one went missing is the answer to who leaked what.

However if we live in a fantasy land and hackers found code for how to hack Naughty Dogs servers in the game disk of Uncharted then it is of course a matter of prosecuting people for hacking. provided of course they could actually catch them, which I sincerely doubt, because we live in a fantasy land where they were able to use code from Uncharted to hack the Naught Dog servers.

His combat record is impressive, but he's not undefeated. He did lose against Dooku/Darth Tyrannus on at least two occasions, and in Clone Wars Grievous did manage to give him enough of a beating once that he choose to run rather than continue to fight one time. (though obviously Kenobi decisively won against him on multiple occasions and Grievous was almost always the one running from their many duels, and he was the one to finally do in the cyborg). And he and Ventress did run from a Maul/Savage fight once when they were getting overwhelmed.

Although wasn't the Savage/Maul fight the first one featuring Savage? I seem to remember the element of surprise playing here.

It becomes far less a problem if you've already played the game, and especially once you learn to read and start alchemy. At least that much. The combat system is a contrast of really fun, interesting design, and terrible design. 1 on 1's can be great tests of skill and reactions, and then sometimes you get chain-tackled trying to draw your sword and beat to death by peasants who should be as unskilled as baseline Henry. So it goes.

I'm watching a video by a French guy living in Japan, it's about idols. I know virtually nothing about it except that those are bands of pretty girls.

Right now I am learning about how some less-famous bands basically use MLM strategies where idols have to buy concert tickets to sell them themselves. And that of course, this leads some idols to basically prostitute themselves to sell tickets to their own events.

Pretty sure that confirmed an earlier leak that had both Ash and Mileena (and Shinnok) in it. So there's Kombat Pack 3. I'm super interested in the new story, and I like the characters they chose from the MK side, but I'm so sick of the guest characters. I would take just about any Mortal Kombat Character over just about any guest.

I do think that the ending will be frustratingly predictable though. Its Shang Tsung. Of course hes going to betray everyone. The only thing that would be more predictable is Quan Chi lying to someone about an amulet.

Of course. I mean, if Liu Kang resetted time and made the best possible new timeline, chances are most of the klassic big baddies wouldn't even exist and neither would the MK tournament. So I'm assuming Shang Tsung is gonna mess things up BIG times and either prevent the timeline reset altogheter, or alter it in a way that benefits him.

As for guest kombatants, it's a bit like with Smash Brothers. The fighters themselves are pretty good choices, but I don't think we need more than one or two per dlc pack, really.

They're probably saving him for when its closer to Halloween if I had to guess.

It seems like he was going to be in the first Kombat Pack, but got pushed back for some reason. Maybe because of schedule conflicts, maybe because of the rush to tie in with Terminator: Dark Fate, or maybe doing Spawn proved trickier than expected. Or maybe Ed Boon just wants to troll. Who knows.

I've tried to understand idol culture, in the anthropological sense, because I sure do not get anything out of it otherwise. It's as if boy/girl bands stuck around in East Asia since the 90s and just got bigger and more complicated. Not to get too into it, but I understand generally why it manifests as it does, but also why it's kinda shit.

Which I then compare against American celebrity culture, and it doesn't seem so bad. As far as I know anyway. But I suspect our merry band isn't the better group. The take away is that cults of celebrity are inherently unethical.

No argument there from me. If it were up to me, I'd also do a general gameplay overhault to ME1 and 2 as well, to make them play more like the third game, and either get rid of all the Mako and Hammerhead sidequests or make them more unique and interesting.

I doubt we can expect either thing to happen tho. I got used to be let down by EA and BW at this point.
