Re: Tali'Thread vas Clan Zorah nar BSN 6.0
Some good news and bad news from dentist.
Bad news is I still have to get the work done AND a couple of fillings that can't be done until January.
Good news is I am getting better control on my gums and the bone loss under the tooth looks to be growing back slowly.
So good news and bad, which is better than just bad news.

Well, shit. Think I'm up against the timer, if I recall right. Just started Heaven, going to 1 day it easily, but I don't remember much time between it's time limit, the true ending, then Marie's stuff.
When I first played it, didn't know the muscles she was naming. This time, I did. Games run a real fine line with the sex stuff, but the wink and a nudge is funny sometimes. Also the hangup on not letting the casts drink, that one's weird.
I probably play the games wrong, because I try to max out intelligence and do stat boosters instead of only SLinks starting out.

Hey, better than the alternatives. I have no idea how, but my little brother had to have a root canal when he was a tween. Kid just had terrible luck with his teeth, my mother and father as well. My only problems were a narrow jaw and a ridiculously slow rate of adult teeth coming in.
Which, granted, hurt like shit to correct over a couple years.

I THINK she shows up A LOT during that last stretch. You may still be ok. Hopefully.
I dont know the muscles, but I sure as hell know what it looks like. as far as drinking goes, i think its important to remember that in japan they take that shit SO much more seriously. If they were actually minors getting drunk, there would have probably been some legitimate controversy. Personally i just headcanon that Naoto was wrong (who'd tell the cop?), and people were, in fact, getting drunk.
I actually do that too. Intelligence first. Always.
Re: Tali'Thread vas Clan Zorah nar BSN 6.0
I finished Persona 5 Royal a few days ago, and it has hardly left my thoughts since.
I enjoyed it thoroughly, and I somewhat regret not finishing my initial Persona 5 run back before I played Royal so that I could appreciate what they added and tweaked more. A huge amount of my love for the game is because of its cast, because the characters I disliked could be counted on a single hand. The plot itself was bonkers and I only sat through it because I cared to see what would happen next to these people I want to protect. I've made my love for Akechi very transparent these past few days, but really I loved each of the main characters for what they brought to the table.
I am very tempted to replay this game right away now that I am far better informed of the system and on what to look out for next time. I have New Game + unlocked, anyway, so that alone will save me all of that social stats grinding time. I ended my run with Futaba at rank 9, and Haru at 8, and failing to max them out will forever haunt me.
Great game. Would play again, but I've got Catherine and Persona 4 on my to-do list before I do another playthrough of 5.

Pretty much hit the nail on the head. Persona 5 is a great game.
Persona 4 is also extremely good. I liked it way more than I was expecting. Persona 5 is technically better in every way, but 4 still manages to make me question which one is the better game every once in a while.
And Catherine, especially Full Body, is just a fun time. The gameplay is what it is. You either love the puzzles or hate them. But the story is really something special.

Elite Dangerous is going for £5 on Steam right now if anyone was thinking of getting it.
Also it's Horizons expansion is now a part of the base game.
Also they're doing a Halloween event with puzzles offline in an ARG format.

Breezed through the rest of the dungeon, having Naoto + Trumpeter makes it a joke with instant kills. However, multiple freezes, one after fusing a bunch of Personas, has rather soured me on the game for the moment.
Lats are your "muscle wings" between your arms and torso. Obliques are the sides of your midsection. The last one is the muscle that runs down your inner thigh. She's a giving sort.
They do? Given how pervasive, and easy, getting beer is over there, I had assumed it was a secondary joke how strict it was that none of the minors (other than Kanji being implied) were having a sip. I actually don't know how strict they are compared against the US, where it's assumed you'd sneak one, or Europe, which has a far healthier model.
Same. If I don't get the best results possible on the exams, I've clearly failed as a good boy.

With P4G refusing to let me play it, and having just bought P5R with my banked Amazon points, started it up. Already appreciate some of the minor QoL changes, the new chick seems fun, but _man_ that tutorial runs long.
Generally, the original is completely superseded by the second version. Holds true for P3 through P5. One example is Morgana in the base game forcibly putting you to bed _constantly for great lengths of time_ to prevent you from doing anything at night, and thus making a great many activities completely pointless. Still, if you're so enamored, it's well worth another shot if you want to play it as it was, and it's dirt cheap by now.
If you're curious, P3P, the PSP/Vita version, is the superior one. However, the cost is the removal of most of the visual fidelity, restricting movement to a cursor on a static background outside dungeons, and so on. But it adds a female PC and the ability to manually control party members. P3 is very clearly a precursor to P4, though some prefer it, and P4 is far cruder than P5, though I found the characters and story more enjoyable. Might be too much to marathon them in a row, going backwards, but I'd certainly recommend playing P4G at the very least, and then P3 if you want to see the roots. P1&2 are, I'm told, not even the same sort of game even, and not worth playing.

So it was about a 1 month delay in total. Not bad. Heard they were doing some dramatic changes on beta still.

Naoto is hilariously overpowered. It really sells that, in 5, Akechi is just a cheap imitation. Shame the game is giving you issues though.
I believe that it is just a social thing. Don't break the rules. Though again, they were on a school trip, its not exactly easy to get away with drinking on a school trip. Plus, maybe they just didn't want to get the cop on their case.
Regarding Persona 3, I am looking at various 'mods' for Persona 3 Fes on an emulator. Supposedly you can do quite a few quality of life improvements. I have yet to try it however. It does seem to break a few things unfortunately.

Well, they are nerfing things left and right, still re-working some abilities, but if you look at the beta forums, people of every class (even the ones which are doing very well right now) still feel unhappy. I do hope they do a final number tuning sweep at the end, because my chosen main class, the Demon Hunter, got nerfed quite a bit too much and currently seems to be down in the DPS charts.

Which is fair in P3&4, but P5 is very literally about being a lil' rebel, trafficking in illegal model guns, fencing "stolen" goods, reforming society, but it's quintessentially Japanese that even then, they still follow most of the rules. Admirable, in a way.
If I was making a Persona-esque game set in America, with the themes of rebellion and reform and distorted desires, the PC's choices would be a lot more like Revolver Jesus from P3.
Still maintain that the strongest point of the story is the Kamoshida arc, because they do such a good job of reinforcing how miserable Ren's life is, and give you such good reason for taking down the villain. Though maybe the new content'll change my mind.

Looking like Monks really aren't getting much more than we have, so while Brews will always be best for progression tanking, as they cannot be one shot, WW is looking solidly middling, and set to drop into Auto-Attack Tier as the patches go. So it goes. It is a fun class to play, but that low player % really stings sometimes. Oh well, I don't raid or do M+ anyway.
Having done hundreds of AD runs on my DH, in Black Empire catchup gear, it was impressive how much damage a DH could dump out in a short window, and then how you couldn't do anything else until the CDs were back up.

I can't believe the day has finally come. I've known and prepared for years that one day Sean Connery would die. It was one of those thoughts that I always had on my mind. I was six when I saw The Last Crusade in theaters and he was the first actor I recognized to be in other films. A truly beloved actor and man. I really like Sean Connery. I'm glad he made it to 90. What a great career what a great stand up guy. I'm going to put one of his films on today. Here's to you, Sir Thomas Sean Connery.

Quite honestly, we won't know how things will really shake until raiding begins and Blizzard tries to nerf and boost classes which are doing too well or too badly. Since DH's only got one damage spec and it's a popular, I'm pretty sure they'll boost them, if it gets too bad. So I'm not too fazed with the currently low numbers.
I really like the mobility of the class and getting into places others can't due to double jump. Also that your single target and AOE rotations are basically the same. As I get older, I appreciate simplicity more.
