The pokemon Litwick, Lampent, & Chandelure are pretty freaky, too. The first one finds lost travelers, pretends to be their friend, but actually only leads them even further away from help, and slowly leeches away their life force until they die. The second and third ones eat peoples' souls and uses said souls as fuel for their fires, not only denying that person their peaceful afterlife in pokemon heaven or wherever, but condemning them to an existence of eternal torment as well. They can even sense when people and pokemon are near death, so they like to hang out near hospitals, waiting for the sick and old to finally die. You spend your last days having this demonic thing always nearby, watching you, just waiting for you to breath your last, knowing that the moment you die, this monster will devour your soul and there's nothing you can do to stop it, praying that your ten year old pokemon trainer grandchild will return from their travels and be there with a strong enough pokemon to fight it off when the inevitable day comes.

I managed to get finish the challenge on the day it started with a friend. Just do player vs AI with a friend on the lowest difficulty will reduce the time needed. 15 games don't even need to win but it will feel like forever. I might be up for it....but if you start the game a lot people will be looking for people to do it.

Also...anyone here up for Titanfall 2 sometime?

Ah, thanks for the tip. Would of never thought those would have counted. Saves time as I was kinda going to learn to play because I didn't want to be that type of guy to play online and not know what he is doing.

So it's been a week since I ordered myself a new keyboard off of Amazon during the Black Friday sales and I now have a renewed appreciation for DPD and Royal Mail, because Jesus Christ, my first experience with Amazon Logistics has been ridiculous. Paying £7 for one-day delivery is bad enough but for said driver to straight up steal a product normally listed at £130 and then completely ignore the safe place instructions and decide on a new place that doesn't exist, whilst neglecting to fill in any other details on the delivery card just speaks volumes.

The fact it's winter here just adds the cherry on top of this shit sundae. It's literally pitch black at 3pm and unless this guy was carrying a flashlight he'd probably have broken something and I'd have stumbled upon him 15 minutes later after the time he apparently arrived. Not to mention that according to the card he somehow pulled a Radical Larry and got inside one of my two locked sheds to leave this package? The three or four hours wasted sitting on a phone doing the back and forth with CSRs makes for time well spent too, especially when they expect you to add another £15 to get a replacement and wait a month and half for a new keyboard to be shipped. Phoning ten minutes before the line was due to close put a fix to that at least.

In the end though, I'm glad this happened before I ordered my 1080 and XB271HU. SCAN here I come, I guess.

I wasn't at home when the deed was done. But my front door sits ontop of a ramp of stairs, and the kitten was in the middle of the "welcome" rug, despite being barely able to move, where she would be impossible to miss. Somebody obviously left her there.

The vet at the pound then confirmed that her wounds matches an human aggression, either a beating or being kickes several times, with the latter being more likely.

If I were to see something like that happening in front of me I would crack some bones, or get mine cracked trying. Fucking people.

I was really good with some of the X-Men characters, Super Skrull, and Doom, so I'll miss them, but I am excited for some fresh blood.

I'm betting Black Panther will be Wolverine's replacement and Loki will be the new Doom.

It is VERY okay by me too. There hasn't been any decent videogame with the MCU version of the Avengers and pals, except for a couple passable app-games. It's about time we get a proper game with them. Sure I'll miss some folks, but there's more than enough to fill the spaces left blank.

And yeah... that villain clearly is at least in part made of Cosmic Ultron:



I wonder if regular Ultron will be in the game too though. Or in general, which villains the game will feature, since thei're not exactly the strongest suit of the MCU, except for a couple.

Um feel pretty good that never got around to playing it now.

@Drag: Finished the new Shantae (pre-final release for backers) in about 6 hours for 96% completion, going in blind. However that unlocked Hero mode, not Risky mode, and there's more coming after release. Easily worth up to $20, in my humble opinion.

Working on finally beating Pillars of Eternity right now, since clicking doesn't irritate my forearm tendons. Once you get past the big lore dump of nonsensical proper nouns at the start, it gets rather good. The writing is still heavy on overwhelming with made up names and giving a person's life story, but it's many steps above what the standard is in gaming. Plus I have no idea where the plot is going which is fucking rare these days. Getting a handle on the mechanics helped a ton too, though I think combat's depth is not fully realized, in that you can't really plan out advanced tactics (food, potions, spells) without knowing what you're going up against.

That and friendly fire is a bitch, since all my good spells have big old radii and I can't find a way to manually target some of them.
