Hmmm. A lot of this does line-up with the years worth of rumors that periodically popped up online leading to GvK's release. Impossible to know for certain, but it's fun to speculate, and some of this could end up being recycled for future use if real.

"Breaking: A new "Godzilla vs. Kong" sequel appears to have just been announced. Filming will begin in Australia at a currently unknown date. Note: What is described as a sequel to "Godzilla vs. Kong" could just be a new MonsterVerse film in general."

"The Courier-Mail, an Australian newspaper service, has reported that a new Godzilla VS Kong sequel will be shot in Queensland, providing a $120 Million boost to the economy. What they likely mean is that this is the successor to the film, and not necessarily a direct sequel."

Now we play the waiting game once again. But hopefully we will at least we have the upcoming Kong animated series and the Godzilla live-action show to help pass the time.

"Richard Rider/Nova is officially on his way to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to Deadline, Marvel Studios is working on a project that brings Nova to the MCU. At this time, it's not known whether the project will be a film or a series on Disney+. However, Moon Knight writer Sabir Pirzada is attached to write the project."
