Kinda plateaued at the moment.
Not gaining any, which is nice, but also not really losing either.
Exercise is going to be needed butt he sodding hernia makes me apprehensive. Even though the surgeon I had my consultation with said it'd "most likely be fine" I am still fearful of doing anything that'd use my core.
Going to have to call my doctor up for some advice about it.
I can do other stuff, mainly light cardio but it's inefficient. I have some resistance bands but that'd limit me to arms and legs, no core, and then at some point one of those exercises might need it.
I did consider doing resistance band assisted crunches and see how that goes with the hernia but...I dunno, I don't want to make it impacted and have to be rushed to the ER where complications could happen.
So in short, a little lost.
