Well firstly the Royal Family actually still has quite a bit of power. If they wished they cold absolutely dissolve Parliament and return the Nation to an absolute Monarchy, if they so wanted. There would be Riots and no doubt a civilian uprising. The trouble is we don't actually know how it'd play out, given the last European revolutions were decades (if not a century) ago.
Now if Prince Harry decided William wasn't fit for rule (if Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte were not of age) then technically it'd be a "civil war"/"war" of succession, more likely the latter.
Seeing as it's highly unlikely Harry would do so I doubt the full effects of a Succession War would actually play out.
It'd probably be, at best, a vote between the Lords/House of Lords and done that way.
The last "proper" War of Succession in the UK was the War of the Roses.
There was a small one with James 2nd, but that was with an illegitimate child of Charles 2nd.
If Harry were to fail the war/conflict of succession then he would be tried with Treason, if it comes to them having an actual war then also attempted Regicide I think, not too certain though.
EDIT: wait, I forgot, in 2011 there was a Fixed-Term Parliament Act that removed the Queen's power to dissolve Parliament all together.
BUT she can still appoint ministers how she likes, so she could stack a political party full of toadies and get them to undo that if she so chose.
