I saw 'Jingle All the Way' when I was a young lad, so I understand this reference. But wow, I can't believe they actually made this. It must be a joke that someone backed up with hard cash.

What's ironic is that the joke in the movie was that he bought the cheap, Chinese knockoff, but this is the legitimate toy and it's only made in China.

$35 is a pretty hefty price tag for a meta-joke too. Weird to think that once upon a time, we made our own toys. Haven't seen Jingle All the Way in quite a few years, actually...

I hear you. Some days, for no reason at all, the acid just doesn't stay down. Even if I don't eat for 6+ hours. Only thing that seems to work for an extended period is Pepto, presumably because it leaves a coating.

Yeah.
I have dealt with the acid for now, now it's just the cold symptoms.
Mostly all head-could, not much mucus coming up, even if the cough has some bark to it.

I gotta be careful though, it gets worse and I risk pneumonia.

Oh and enjoy your Turkey Day Yanks.

Kinda wish we picked one of our genocides to associate with food.

Slaneesh is growing on me. Not in the pun-way. The full roster and stats will determine everything, but the visuals and what little we've seen look surprisingly good. Though Nurgle seems best for a first run, and Tzeentch is going to either be hilarious or a carpal tunnel inducing experience.

Honestly, even the Wikipedia synopsis spoils too much, IMO. So, I'll truncate it towards a setting description.

"Amidst the escalating unrest between the advanced, utopian city of Piltover and the squalid, repressed undercity of Zaun [...] a war over twisted ideologies and arcane technology (ensues)."

The rest should be up to viewing the show. Take the plunge and go in three episodes, which is the first arc of three. You won't regret it.
